no refund will be issued for amounts already paid.
Date Modification
Date modifications may be considered only under exceptional circumstances and remain strictly subject to:

Ziléo reserves the right to refuse any date modification request.
Approved modifications may result in additional charges depending on seasonality and pricing changes.
No-Show Policy
Failure to arrive at the property on the scheduled check-in date without prior written notice will be considered a “No-Show”.
In such cases:
- the reservation will be automatically cancelled,
- the accommodation may be released,
- and no refund or credit will be provided.
Early Departure
No refunds or partial refunds will be issued for:
- late arrivals,
- unused nights,
- or early departures after check-in.
Recommendation
We strongly recommend that guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering:
- cancellations,
- medical emergencies,
- flight disruptions,
- and unforeseen travel events.
