Cancellation Policy (Firm Policy)

At Ziléo, we carefully prepare each reservation to ensure the highest level of service and accommodation quality for our guests. As a result, all confirmed bookings are subject to the following cancellation policy.

Reservation Confirmation

A reservation is considered confirmed once:

• the required deposit or full payment has been successfully received, and
• the guest receives an official booking confirmation from our team.

Once confirmed, the reserved dates are blocked and removed from availability for other potential guests.

Cancellation Policy

All reservations made through our website are non-refundable.

In the event of cancellation by the guest, regardless of the reason, including but not limited to:

• personal reasons,
• travel changes,
• flight cancellation,
• health issues,
• visa issues,
• weather conditions,
• force majeure,
• or any unforeseen circumstances,

no refund will be issued for amounts already paid.

Date Modification

Date modifications may be considered only under exceptional circumstances and remain strictly subject to:

• property availability,
• management approval,
• and applicable rate differences.

Ziléo reserves the right to refuse any date modification request.

Approved modifications may result in additional charges depending on seasonality and pricing changes.

No-Show Policy

Failure to arrive at the property on the scheduled check-in date without prior written notice will be considered a “No-Show”.

In such cases:

• the reservation will be automatically cancelled,
• the accommodation may be released,
• and no refund or credit will be provided.

Early Departure

No refunds or partial refunds will be issued for:

• late arrivals,
• unused nights,
• or early departures after check-in.

Recommendation

We strongly recommend that guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering:

• cancellations,
• medical emergencies,
• flight disruptions,
• and unforeseen travel events.

Acceptance of Policy

By confirming a reservation through our website, the guest acknowledges having read, understood, and fully accepted this cancellation policy.
